The task of the invention is to provide a pen-shaped cosmetic which has excellent integrity property, is not broken in using, has more than two divided colors in the longitudinal direction and is of a flat core shape and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for settling the problem according to the invention is that the following components are mixed: 15-35% by mass of solid oil component (a) with melting point of 70-105 DEG C, and 5-35% by mass of semi-solid oil component or solid oil component (b) with melting point of 40-65 DEG C furthermore more than two cosmetic base preparationswith different colors are integrated in molding for manufacturing into the flat core shape and finally the HEAT treatment is performed under the temperature of 50-65 DEG C.
