To provide a hair dyeing method and a dyeing set capable of improving dyeing force (dyeing fixing force) and extending a period in which color of dyeing can be maintained, in dyeing means of hair using a basic dye and HC dye.SOLUTION: A dyeing method for hair comprises a step for applying millet vinegar and a step for applying an oxidant after the step for applying millet vinegar, in executing dyeing to hair using a dye agent including a basic dye and HC dye, so that, there is advantageous of using the basic dye which has high safety property such as less burden to a human body, and even when the dye component in which color maintaining force is relatively low, such as the basic dye, is used as base color of the dye agent, fixing force of dye is improved, color off can be suppressed, as the result, maintaining of color for long term can be achieved (for example, at least two months). In addition, to the dyed hair, softness can be applied in parallel in a state of enhancing moisture keeping effect.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】塩基性染料やＨＣ染料を含む染毛剤を用いた毛髪の染毛手段に関し、染色力（染色の固定力）の向上及び染毛の色持ちの長期化を図ることが可能な毛髪の染毛方法及び染毛セットを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る毛髪の染毛方法は、塩基性染料及びＨＣ染料を含む染毛剤を用いて毛髪に染毛を実施するに際して、きび酢組成物を塗布する工程及びその後に酸化剤を塗布する工程を備えているので、人体への負担が小さい等、安全性等が高い染料であるという塩基性染料等を用いることの利点を備えた上で、塩基性染料等の比較的色持ちが悪い染料成分を染毛剤のベースカラーとして用いても、染色の固定力が向上され、色落ちを抑制することができ、その結果として毛髪に対して長期間の色持ちの維持（例えば、少なくとも２ヶ月。）を実現することができる。加えて、染色された毛髪に対して、保湿効果の高い状態で柔らかさを付与すること等を並行して実施する。【選択図】なし
