PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of forming a subject report matched to an individual purpose of information on display content, display position, display size and the like for subject information, measurement result, ultrasonic image and the like.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is configured to transmit ultrasonic wave to a subject, to receive a reflection echo signal from the subject, to form an ultrasonic image by imaging processing of the received signal, to perform various measurement processes by use of the ultrasonic image and to display subject information, a measurement result and an ultrasonic image as the subject report.
