The present invention relates to a machine for forming cuts on sausages and, more specifically, to a machine for forming cuts on sausages, capable of rapidly making cuts on sausages and comprises a base plate on which the sausages are placed； a pushing frame coupled to one end of the base plate to be rotated； and one or more cutting blades moving along the pushing frame to preventing damage to the sausages when making the cuts on the sausages, thereby making the cuts on the sausages by moving the cutting blades after the sausages are fixed by the pushing frame. Also, in order to adjust the angle of the cutting blade, the machine for forming cuts on sausages comprises a movable cut forming part in which the cutting blades are arranged, and an adjustment plate formed in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the cutting blades and capable of coupling the cutting blades. The adjustment plate is coupled to the movable cutting cut forming part in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cutting blades.
