PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medical from leaking from the internal region of a subject after pulling out the injection needle from the internal region after the injection of the medical liquid.
SOLUTION: A capsule type medical apparatus 1 includes: a driving unit 5 for reciprocatively operating the injection needle 3 in a linear direction an injection balloon 7 for injecting a medical liquid 6 to the internal region through the injection needle 3 puncturing the internal region of a subject and a pressure restricting unit 8 for restricting the pressure rise of the medical liquid 6 in the internal region. The driving unit 5 projects the injection needle 3 toward the internal region of the subject so as to puncture the internal region with the injection needle 3. The injection balloon 7 injects the medical liquid 6 to the internal region through the injection needle 3 in a puncturing state. Consequently, the internal region is dilated. The pressure restricting unit 8 sucks a part of the medical liquid 6 from the internal region through the injection needle 3 in a puncturing state, so as to restrict the pressure rise of the medical liquid 6 in the internal region.
