A method of helping safe walking according to the embodiment of the present invention is performed in a safety walking-assistance apparatus for the safety walk of a user using a secondary walker. The method of helping safe walking comprises: s step of determining the abnormality occurrence of the user by using the biotic indicators of the user grasping a handle part received from a sensor inserted into a handle part of a secondary walker； and a step of providing the information of the user to an emergency center terminal when the condition of the user is abnormal. Accordingly, the present invention is able to conveniently and safely help a user requiring a secondary walker by transmitting emergency situation to the emergency center terminal when the abnormal condition of a user is determined according to the biotic indicators of the user using the secondary walker.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 안전 보행 보조 방법은 보조 보행기를 이용하는 사용자의 안전 보행을 위한 안전 보행 보조 장치에서 실행된다. 상기 안전 보행 보조 방법은 상기 보조 보행기의 핸들부에 삽입된 센서로부터 수신된 상기 핸들부를 파지한 사용자의 생체 지수를 이용하여 상기 사용자 상태의 이상 발생 여부를 판단하는 단계 및 상기 사용자 상태에 이상이 있다고 판단되면 상기 사용자의 정보를 응급 센터 단말에 제공하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 보조 보행기를 이용하는 사용자의 생체 지수 분석 결과에 따라 사용자 상태에 이상이 있다고 판단되면 응급 센터 단말로 위급 상황을 전송함으로써 보행 보조 장치가 필요한 사람이 편리하고 안전하게 이동할 수 있도록 보조할 수 있다.
