The device is assembled of a rectangular box of a suitable size with an entrance (8) at the front (6), a transparent roof (1, 2, 3), several excrement containers, a dog shape with an excrement container attached to its lower area, and some hardy plants. A shovel (12) and a bin (11) are also provided. The containers are lined with plastic bags which hold the amount of waste produced within a week, facilitating a periodic collection in accordance with the ordinary domestic rubbish. The urine is guided to the gutter located beside the pavement through an outlet (10) in the wall (4).
