PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily measure the accurate position of each detector module constituting a radiation detector in a radiation tomography apparatus.SOLUTION: A detector module position measuring method executes: a step of collecting projection data of a plurality of views by scanning a columnar pin which is arranged at a position displaced from a rotation shaft and extends in a direction vertical to an imaging field plane by using a radiation tomography apparatus which includes a radiation source and a radiation detector in which a plurality of detector modules are arranged in a channel direction and performs scanning by rotating the radiation source and the radiation detector with the rotation shaft held therebetween and a step of obtaining an actual measurement position based on collected projection data and a calculation position based on the calculation as a projection position of a pin in the projection data profile of the view to obtain the difference between the actual measurement position and the calculation position. Thereby, an amount of positional displacement of each detector module can be measured from the difference.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線断層撮影装置における放射線検出器を構成する各検出器モジュールの正確な位置を比較的容易に測定する。【解決手段】放射線源と、複数の検出器モジュールがチャネル方向に配列された放射線検出器とを備えており、放射線源及び放射線検出器を、回転軸を挟んで回転させてスキャンする放射線断層撮影装置を用いて、上記回転軸から外れた位置に配置されており、撮像視野平面に対して垂直な方向に延びている柱状のピンをスキャンして、複数ビューの投影データを収集するステップと、上記複数ビューの各々について、当該ビューの投影データプロファイルにおけるピンの投影位置として、収集された投影データに基づく実測位置と、計算に基づく計算位置とを求め、これら実測位置と計算位置との差分を求めるステップとを実行する。当該差分から各検出器モジュールの位置ずれ量を測定することができる。【選択図】図3
