PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to adjust the position of a subject body with high accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a radio therapy apparatus including: a template computing part for computing two template images 72, 73 respectively from different two tomographic images 62, 63 in the planning stages a matching part for detecting two detected areas being most similar to a plurality of template images 72, 73 respectively from a plurality of tomographic images during therapy and a couch control part for positioning the subject body based on the position where the plurality of detected areas are detected.
