PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic and a cosmetic product in which a colored material, a pearl material, and especially a laminated film powder like pearl agent are distributed with a sufficient stability, while suppressing the sedimentation thereof and holding stable dispersion.SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic includes: (a) 50-99 mass% of an oil phase which is a liquid at 25°C (b) 0.6-3 mass% of silicic anhydride and (c) 0.001-10 mass% of a laminated film powder like pearl agent, and is made to have a viscosity of 3,000-35,000 m Pa s when measuring with a BL type viscosimeter at 30°C.
