PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic having excellent cleansing power, usability and stability.SOLUTION: The cleansing cosmetic contains 0.5-5 mass% of isostearic acid soap and 0.5-4 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an oleic acid residue. The cleansing cosmetic can stably disperse an oil in a lamella liquid crystal.
