PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant having a high dispersing effect by addition of its small amount, a cosmetic improved in feel of use, a sunscreen reduced in powdery finish during application, and a cosmetic which causes less color unevenness of an inorganic pigment, since the inorganic powder has a high specific gravity, and causes problems of agglomeration of powder, etc., so it is difficult to stably disperse inorganic powder in an oil agent, and an oil-based dispersant for stably dispersing inorganic powder by addition of its small amount has been desired.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes an oil-based dispersant containing a polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of 30 to 100, and a ratio of the cyclic groups in the polyglycerol of 30% or less, and a polyglycerol branched fatty acid ester having an HLB of 1.0 to 6.0 produced by esterifying a 8 to 22C branched fatty acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】無機粉体は比重が高く、粉体同士の凝集等の問題が生じるため、油剤中に無機粉体を安定に分散させることは困難であり、少量の添加で無機粉体を安定に分散させる油系分散剤が望まれている。すなわち、本発明では、少量の添加で高い分散効果を有する分散剤及び、使用感の改善された化粧料、塗布時の白浮きを低減したサンスクリーンや無機顔料の色ムラの少ない化粧料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ポリグリセリンの平均重合度が3~100であり、且つポリグリセリン中の環状体の占める割合が30%以下であることを特徴とするポリグリセリンと炭素数8~22の分岐脂肪酸をエステル化したHLB1.0~6.0のポリグリセリン分岐脂肪酸エステルを含有することを特徴とする油系分散剤を化粧料に添加することにより上記課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
