PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic capable of stably dispersing a vegetable extract.SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic includes a vegetable extract treated with silylated silica and extracted from one or more vegetables selected from raspberry, honeysuckle, mugwort and sea lettuce. The solvent of the vegetable extract is preferably an aqueous solution containing 10-40 mass% of 1,3-butanediol and/or ethanol, and the mass ratio of the vegetable extract to the silylated silica is preferably between 2:3 and 3:2. Lip cosmetics such as lipstick and lip cream containing stably dispersed vegetable extract can be provided without causing aggregation and sedimentation of the extract.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物抽出エキスを安定に分散することができる油性化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】シリル化シリカで処理した、キイチゴ、スイカズラ、ヨモギ、アオサの1種又は2種以上から選択される植物抽出エキスを含有する油性化粧料で、植物抽出エキスの溶媒は1,3-ブタンジオール及び/又はエタノールを10~40質量%含有する水溶液であることが好ましく、植物抽出エキスとシリル化シリカの質量比は2:3~3:2であることが好ましい。本発明によれば、植物抽出エキスを凝集、沈降させることなく安定に分散させた、口紅、リップクリームなどの口唇化粧料を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
