CONSTITUTION: An Ilex paraguayensis fermentation extract is prepared by inoculating Ilex paraguayensis with Pseudogulbenkiania spp.(deposit number KCCM11205P) and fermenting. A cosmetic composition for improving anti-wrinkling contains 0.01-20 wt% of the extract. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, a paste, a gel, a cream, a lotion, a powder, a pack, a soap, a surfactant-containing cleansing, an oil, and a spray.
