Disclosed herein is compound 2, a benzene sulfonate salt of a (N-(3-(5-fluoro-2-(4-(2-methoxyethoxy)phenylamino)pyrimidin-4-ylamino)phenyl)acrylamide), and the use of said compound in the treatment of a BTK-mediated disordered, such as an auto immune disease, a heteroimmune disease, an inflammatory disease, a cancer, a disease of the bone and joints, or a thromboembolic disorder. Additionally disclosed are crystalline forms, Form P1 and Form P22, of said compound, wherein Form P1 is characterised by PXRD peaks at about 6.21, about 9.48, and about 13.29 degrees 2-theta, and form P22 is characterised by PXRD peaks at about 7.29, about 8.38, and about 11.12 degrees 2-theta.
