PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specially shaped sleeve which is stably inserted into the patella femoral joint face to protect it when an intramedullary nail is inserted through the patella femoral joint face in an intramedullary nail surgery of tibial bone fracture, while the conventional cylindrical sleeve, for use in preparing an intramedullary nail implantation hole that is directly connected to success or failure of the entire surgery, has a shortcoming of an unstable position of the inserted sleeve because of non-adaptability of the shape with the patella femoral joint face.SOLUTION: Taking a shape of the patella femoral joint face into consideration, a universally shaped sleeve is prepared which is adaptable to the joint face of the patella as well as to that of the femur and which can deal with the shape of a bilaterally symmetrical joint face.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、脛骨骨折の髄内釘手術において膝蓋大腿関節面を経由して髄内釘を挿入する際に、膝蓋大腿関節面を保護するスリーブである。手術全体の成否に直結する髄内釘刺入孔を作成のために使用する従来の円筒状のスリーブは、膝蓋大腿関節面との形状の非適合性ゆえ挿入したスリーブの位置が安定しないという欠点があった。膝蓋大腿関節面に挿入し安定する特殊な形状のスリーブを提供する。【解決手段】膝蓋大腿関節面の形状を考慮し、膝蓋骨の関節面にも、大腿骨の関節面にも適合し、左右で対称となる関節面の形状にも対応できるユニバーサルな形状のスリーブを作成した。【選択図】図3
