An absorbent article (1) comprising wing-like flaps (W) that are respectively disposed on both sides in a width direction of a main body in which an absorber (4) is interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet (3) and a liquid-impermeable back sheet (2) and that are configured to be fixed to an undergarment (20) so as to wrap around a crotch portion of the undergarment (20) when the article (1) is worn, wherein the wing-like flaps (W) have a root, a front outline (10) extending outward from the main body and a back outline (11) extending outward from the main body. The wing-like flaps (W) are designed such that an angle (β) formed by the width-direction line of the absorbent article (1) and the back outline (11) is larger than an angle (θ) formed by the width-direction line of the absorbent article (1) and the front outline (10) and that the gravity center (13) of the wing-like flap (W) is located further towards a front side of the absorbent article (1) than the center (14) of a bonding line (15) of the root of the wing-like flap (W) and the main body, and the wing-like flaps (W) are designed such that when plural absorbent articles (1) are alternately arranged normally and reversely adjacent to each other in a production line direction, the back outline (11) of the wing-like flap (W) of a normally arranged absorbent article (1) and the back outline (11) of the wing-like flap (W) of a reversely arranged adjacent absorbent article (1) coincide with each other under the condition that the absorbers (4) of the normally and reversely arranged absorbent articles (1) are aligned on the same straight line without displacement with respect to the production line direction.
