The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing odorless microorganism powder for reducing an odor causing substance generated from an evaporation core of a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing odorless microorganism powder, capable of preventing external pollutants and microorganisms causing odor by adsorbing an odor reducer, including odorless microorganism powder, to an evaporation core of an air conditioner for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the suggested method of manufacturing odorless microorganism powder is capable of providing an odor reducer for reducing odor from an air conditioner for a vehicle by mixing the odorless microorganism powder with distilled water. If the odorless microorganism powder of the present invention is adsorbed to the surface of an evaporation core, the powder is capable of preventing bacteria or mold from flowing in from the outside of the vehicle, thereby preventing odor.본 발명은 차량용 에바코어에서 발생하는 악취유발물질을 저감시키는 무취미생물분말 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 차량용 에어컨의 에바코어에 무취미생물분말이 포함된 냄새저감제를 흡착시킴으로써 냄새를 유발하는 미생물들의 번식과 외부오염물질을 방지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 무취미생물분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 효과는 다음과 같다.본 발명은 차량용 에바코어에서 발생하는 악취유발물질을 저감시키는 무취미생물분말 제조방법을 제시함으로써 제조된 무취미생물분말을 증류수와 혼합하여 차량용 에어컨 냄새를 저감하는 냄새저감제를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 무취미생물분말은 에바코어의 표면에 분무하여 흡착시킴으로 차량 외부에서 세균이나 곰팡이가 유입되는 것을 차단함으로 악취를 방지하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
