PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rollator wheelchair and traveling system thereof capable of not only performing electrically-driven traveling but also unmanned traveling from a standby position to a bed side.SOLUTION: A rollator wheelchair is the rollator wheelchair for enabling use as a rollator by springing up a chair. A camera 22 for imaging the neighborhood of a contact surface of main wheels 13 to be electrically driven and an on-board computer 25 for processing an image of the camera are mounted on a rear surface of a vehicle body 10.
