PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical-type hydroponic system that prevents root rot of a cultivated plant, and can efficiently cultivate a plant by supplying a small amount of nutritious liquid.SOLUTION: A vertical-type hydroponic system comprises: a plurality of vertical-type hydroponic cylinders 1 which are suspended on a ceiling or erected on a floor surface of a greenhouse culture medium 2 which is housed in the vertical-type hydroponic cylinder 1 in an insertable and extractable manner nutritious liquid supply means 4 which supplies nutritious liquid 7 from a nutritious liquid housing tank 3 to the culture medium 2 and nutritious liquid recovery means 5 which collects the nutritious liquid 7 dropped from a lower part of the vertical-type hydroponic cylinders 1 and recovers the liquid into the nutritious liquid housing tank 3, in which the vertical-type hydroponic cylinder 1 includes a slit 11 in a vertical direction for planting a plant seedling on one side face thereof, the culture medium 2 is constituted of a water-retaining sheet 21 and an air-permeable material sandwiching both faces of the sheet, an upper end part of the water-retaining sheet 21 protruded from an upper end of the air-permeable material is mounted in a folded manner on the top face of one air-permeable material, and the nutritious liquid 7 is dropped onto the water-retaining sheet 21, which is mounted in a folded manner, from the nutritious liquid supply means 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】栽培植物の根腐れを防止し、少ない養液の供給で植物を効率的に栽培することができる縦型水耕栽培システムを提供する。【解決手段】ハウスの天井に吊るし又は床面に立設した複数の縦型水耕栽培筒1と、縦型水耕栽培筒1内に抜き差し可能に収容した培地2と、養液収容タンク3から培地2に養液7を供給する養液供給手段4と、縦型水耕栽培筒1の下部から滴下した養液7を収集し、養液収容タンク3に回収する養液回収手段5と、を備えた縦型水耕栽培システムであって、縦型水耕栽培筒1は、その一側面に植物の苗を植え込むための垂直方向のスリット11を備え、培地2は、保水性シート21と、その両面を挟み込んだ通気性素材とで構成され、通気性素材の上端より突出した保水性シート21上端部を一方の通気性素材の上面に折り曲げ載置され、養液供給手段4から養液7を折り曲げ載置された保水性シート21に滴下させる。【選択図】図1
