PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an intraoral treatment method wherein the performance of medicine is remarkably improved with the progress of medical science, but the technique is extremely limited to medication, application, injection, or the like and it is difficult to maintain a long-time therapeutic effect in treatment during sleep or the like.SOLUTION: This intraoral care sheet is a flexible sheet-like object shaped to be unforcedly inserted into the mouth for the purpose of intraoral care. The intraoral care sheet is formed of a care body part, a bridge part, and an accidental swallowing preventive part, and can be made of a permeable material or mesh suitable for adding a therapeutic agent or a preventive material. In such a form, the intraoral care sheet is retained for many hours in the oral cavity as a treatment method suitable for maintaining a therapeutic effect. As a method for use mainly after getting up, the intraoral care sheet may be shaped to omit the bridge part and the accidental swallowing preventive part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 口腔内の治療の方法は、医学の進歩と共に薬の性能は飛躍的に向上しているがその手法は投薬か塗り薬、或いは注射など極めて限定的であり睡眠時などにおける長時間の治療効果を維持させる治療は困難であった。【解決手段】 柔軟性のあるシート状の物で、口内等のケアを目的とし、無理なく口内に挿入出来る形状にする。口内ケアシートはケア本体部、ブリッジ部、誤飲防止部とで形成されて、治療薬や予防性素材を付加するのに適した浸透性素材やメッシュで構成する事が出来る。以上の様な形態で長時間口内ケアシートを口腔内に留め置き、治療効果を維持させるのに適した治療法として解決の手段とした。尚、主に起床後に使用する方法としてブリッジ部、誤飲防止部を省略した形状としても良い。【選択図】図1
