Provided is a device for improving vascular endothelial function with which it is possible to improve the vascular endothelial function of arteries without the need for dynamic exercise. The device for improving vascular endothelial function that is disclosed herein is provided with a pressure applying means that applies, to a portion of the arteries of the body, pressure for blocking blood flow, and an electrical stimulation applying means that applies, to a muscle that includes an artery, electrical stimulation which can induce contraction of the muscle. The pressure applying means applies pressure intermittently using a pressurization period in which pressure is applied to the artery, and a resting period in which the pressurization is released. The electrical stimulation applying means is configured to apply electrical stimulation to the muscle during a period that includes at least a portion of the resting period.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amélioration de fonctions endothéliales vasculaires avec lequel il est possible d'améliorer les fonctions endothéliales vasculaires d'artères sans réaliser d'exercice dynamique.
