PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented malt beverage emphasizing hop aroma and reducing astringency, and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a fermentation malt beverage using hop as a raw material, the hop is heat-treated in a presence of yeast in advance, and the hop is added in raw material mixture after all steps with the heat-treatment included in the method are finished and the heated raw material mixture is cooled.
