The invention relates to methods of flushing oil and gas condensate wells using liquid and gas. The technical result is the increased productivity of wells. The method comprises installing, in a well, a high-strength tubing string, an anchor, a rotator, a sealing device, and a whipstock, which has a bore and a tie and can be spatially orientated in a sidetracking interval. A disconnector, a circulation unit, a packer, and a funnel are consecutively installed below the whipstock. A wellhead is hermetically sealed, and a jet nozzle, a borehole trajectory control unit, a navigation system, a working coil, a flow distribution device, a check valve and a feed coil are installed. An aerated fluid is fed into the annular space between the tubing string and the coil, or simultaneously into the annular space between the tubing string and the coil and into the inner space of the coil, or a liquid and a gas are pumped separately through said two spaces. The liquid enters a sidetrack, returns with the debris into the wel
