PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed beverage having a negative redox potential to be sustained for prevention of oxidation, with improved taste and flavor.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a reduction beverage includes an insulation container 3 made of electrical insulator having a low electric conductivity which is accommodated in an outer container 2 having an internal space for accommodation, and quartz diorite porphyrite slurry 5 having a negative redox potential or water having a redox potential reduced to negative which is accommodated in a space 4 having a predetermined capacity formed between the internal surface of the outer container 2 and the external surface of the insulation container 3.
