PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uremia of chronic renal failure by excluding toxic substance in intestines, by gold ion exchange, and to lower in-blood cholesterol value by adsorption of bile acid cholic acid for discharging.SOLUTION: A magnet 20 set vertically is provided at one end part of a flat coil part 10 in which a litz wire, with both ends provided with terminals 60a, 60b, is wound. A solution 40 is present in a container 30 installed on outside direction of the coil.
