PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair including a backward/forward angle adjustment function of footrest bases easy to be handled by a helper or a user.SOLUTION: A wheelchair includes: a seat part 11 on which a user sits and a frame part 50 supporting the seat part and wheels. The frame part 50 includes a pair of leg frames 71 projecting obliquely downward from both sides of the vicinity of the front end of the seat part. The frame part 50 is also provided with footrest bases 81 for placing the feet of the user thereon and turn support members 84 that support the footrest bases and are turnable around a virtual horizontal axis orthogonal to the leg frames such that the respective leg frame lower ends of the pair of leg frames are connected.
