PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and system for computing a shape of a buried pipe, capable of precisely computing the shape of the buried pipe, although the apparatus is configured to be simple, and to provide a system for repairing the buried pipe. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for computing the shape of the buried pipe includes: a body 2; a movable first arm 5 extending from the body 2; a second arm 6; a first contact part 7 which is connected to the first arm 5 and can move in contact with the inner wall of the buried pipe; a second contact part 8 which is connected to the second arm 6; a distance calculation part 20 which calculates a movement distance of the first contact part 7 from a reference plane as a first distance, a movement distance of the second contact part 8 from the reference plane as a second distance, and a direct distance between the first contact part 7 and the second contact part 8 as a third distance; and an angle calculation part 21 which calculates an angle as a first angle being formed by the first arm 5 with respect to a tangent of the inner wall contacting with the first contact part 7, and an angle as a second angle being formed by the second arm 6 with respect to a tangent of the inner wall in contact with the second contact part 8.
