The present invention relates to a powdered yogurt composition and an intake method thereof. The powdered yogurt is prepared by mixing 1-5 wt% of yogurt powder pulverized into microparticles, 20-30 wt% of anhydrous crystalline glucose, 20-30 wt% of modified starch, 15-25 wt% of crystalline fructose, 5-15 wt% of powdered skim milk, 5-10 wt% of chicory dietary fibers, 1-3 wt% of citric acid, 1-2 wt% of yogurt flavor, and 0.1-0.4 wt% of lactic acid bacteria. The powdered yogurt is put into 140 ml of water or liquid milk in a product container, followed by mixing for 1 minute to prepare viscous liquid yogurt, and then fragmented frozen fruits are added, followed by further mixing. Therefore, a consumer can eat the yogurt powder together with the frozen fruits in a simple manner. The powdered yogurt according the present invention is prepared in a powder type in which various components are mixed, individually packaged together with the frozen fruits, and packaged inside the product container, so the powdered yogurt can be commercialized. The consumer eats the powdered yogurt in a simple manner by pouring a required amount of tepid water or milk in the product container putting the powdered yogurt which has been individually packaged, to prepare viscous liquid yogurt and putting selected fruits into the product including the frozen fruits, followed by mixing.
