PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation kit capable of producing homogeneous mushrooms without using a woody base material even in the case of large scale cultivation, and to provide a mushroom cultivation method using the mushroom cultivation kit.SOLUTION: A cultivation kit for cultivating mushrooms comprises: an incubator 2 which has an opening 3h and in which mesh air gap 4h is formed and liquid medium 5 housed in the incubator 2. A mushroom bed in which a nutrient source uniformly exists can be easily prepared regardless of an inner volume of the incubator 2 only by allowing the incubator 2 to house the liquid medium 5, so that homogeneous mushrooms M can be produced even in a large scale cultivation of the mushrooms M. Furthermore, because the incubator has air permeability thanks to the mesh air gap 4h in the incubator 2, and includes a function of supporting the mushrooms M, sawdust or the like used in a regular mushroom bed becomes needless, which can solve problems, such as short supply of raw materials in the case of using lumber as a raw material, and a waste mushroom bed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】木質の基材を使用することなく、大規模栽培をした場合であっても均質なキノコの生産が可能なキノコ栽培キットおよびかかるキノコ栽培キットを用いたキノコ栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】キノコを栽培するための栽培キットであって、開口部3hを有し、かつ内部に網目状の空隙4hが形成された培養器2と、培養器2内に収容された液体培地5と、を備えている。培養器2内に液体培地5を収容するだけで、培養器2の内容積に関わらず栄養源が均一に存在した菌床を簡単に調製できるので、キノコMの大規模栽培においても均質なキノコMを生産することができる。しかも、培養器2内の網目状の空隙4hによって、培養器内に通気性を有し、かつキノコMを支持する機能も備えた状態となるので、通常の菌床に用いられるオガ粉等が不要となるので、木材を原料とする際の原料の供給不足や廃菌床等の問題を解消することができる。【選択図】図1
