PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control sheet for solar light take-in/control, used for a light take-in part to take the solar light in a building, which blocks the intake of solar light to a room in summer, enables the intake of solar light in winter, is applicable for a side or skylight window of the building, is excellent in productivity, and also causes no problem in terms of manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An entire sheet consists of a light transmissible part that consists of a light transmissible material that allows transmission of solar light, and a shading part group that consists of a light absorption material that absorbs solar light, wherein the shading part group includes a plurality of shading parts that consist of the light absorption material and arranged in one direction in the sheet at prescribed pitches, and the refractive index of the light transmissible part is the same or higher than that of the shading part.【課題】 太陽光を建物内に取り入れる光取り入れ部に用いられる太陽光取り入れ制御用の光制御シートで、夏季は室内への太陽光の取り込みを遮断し、冬季は太陽光の取り込みを可能とする、建物の側面、あるいは、天窓用に適用でき、且つ、生産性がよく、製造費用の面でも問題がない、光制御シートを提供する。【解決手段】 シート全体が、太陽光を透過する光透過性材料からなる光透過性部と、太陽光を吸収する光吸収材料からなる遮光部群とからなり、且つ、前記遮光部群は、シート内の一方向に、所定ピッチで、光吸収材料からなる遮光部を複数、配列させているものであり、前記光透過性部の屈折率は、前記遮光部の屈折率と同じ、もしくは、それよりも高い。【選択図】 図１
