PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient body position changing aid capable of reducing cost and allowing a user to easily and smoothly make body position changing motions such as changing his/her body position and posture with little labor.SOLUTION: A body position changing aid 1 includes: a frame body 10 and a handle 20. The frame body is formed into a rectangular frame shape including a pair of side frames 12 opposite to each other in a lateral direction at a prescribed interval a bottom frame 13 connecting lower ends of the pair of side frames 12 and having a flat bottom 13A and an upper frame 14 facing the bottom frame 13 at a prescribed interval and connecting upper ends of the pair of side frames 12 to each other. The handle is provided inside the frame body 10 and faces the bottom frame 13 and the upper frame 14 of the frame body 10 to connect the pair of side frames 12 to each other.
