A traveling aid apparatus with a separable mounting frame unit is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a main frame supporting the entire apparatus； a stem frame inserted into and fixated to be rotated to the main frame, and having a handle formed at one side thereof and of which the other side is coupled to a driving wheel； a traveling aid unit formed to be long, and having a connecting frame of which one side is connected to the main frame and the other side has an extra coupling unit； and a mounting frame unit formed to be long by corresponding to a width of a manual wheel chair and coupled to be selectively separated from a frame formed in the wheel chair and wherein a mounting unit coupled to be rotated to the coupling unit is formed in a center portion in a longitudinal direction.
