PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body posture aid capable of stabilizing a back part and a head part of a user and adjusting an angle of the head part of the user.SOLUTION: A body posture aid 1 for supporting a back part and a head part of a user seated on a chair comprises frame bodies 10, 20 arranged by being superposed on a front face or a rear face of a back plate of the chair, and a cover 50 attached to the frame bodies 10, 20. A pair of left and right support frames 24, 24 are provided in an upper part of an upper frame body 10. A head part support belt 60 is stretched between both support frames 24, 24 laterally.
