FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: means is proposed for preparing the agent increasing the yield of vegetable and grain crops and having fungicidal properties. The means contains bornyl acetate and borneol in the total amount of 45-50% by weight, and a mixture of mono-and sesquiterpenic compounds in an amount of 50-55% by weight. The extraction of air-dried shredded wood green of fir Abies sibirica by tert-butyl methyl ether is carried out. Then, the resulting extract is washed with an aqueous alkaline solution. The organic layer containing the neutral extractive substances is separated. These substances are concentrated by extragent distillation from the organic layer. Then they are fractionated by distillation in the following ranges of temperature in the cube: 40-80°C, 80-115°C, 115-120°C. The fraction obtained at the temperature in the cube of 115-120°C is collected. Hydrodistillation of the cube content is carried out under the reduced pressure of 0.2-0.3 at. and the temperature of 80 to 120°C.
