PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable skin external preparation capable of satisfying all the two effects of the increase in a skin blood flow and the rise in a corneum moisture content on a high order.SOLUTION: A foamable skin external preparation being a two agent type is composed of a viscous composition and acid granules, and the viscous composition and the acid granules are mixed upon use.
