PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable skin external preparation capable of achieving both two effects, increase in amount of cutaneous blood flow and rise in water amount of a horny cell layer, in higher level.SOLUTION: A foamable skin external preparation is a two component type foamable skin external preparation consisting of a viscous composition and acid granules, and the viscous composition and the acid granules are mixed together on use. The viscous composition includes carbonate, pine bark extract and caffeine at least.
