PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable skin care preparation which enables two effects of increase of skin blood flow rate and the rise of the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin to be achieved with higher order simultaneously.SOLUTION: A foamable skin care preparation includes a basic granule and a viscous composition and is a two-agent type foamable skin care preparation in which the basic granule and the viscous composition are mixed when used.
