The subject matter of the invention is a polycomplex composed of multiple poly-lysine compounds, said poly-lysine compounds being composed of at least one small molecule conjugated with a poly-lysine. The invention also relates to the compositions containing the polycomplex and to the use thereof as a therapeutic preparation, in particular for the prevention and treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.L'objet de l'invention est un polycomplexe constitué par plusieurs composés Poly-lysine, lesdits composés Poly-lysine étant constitués par au moins une petite molécule conjuguée à une Poly-lysine. L'invention concerne également les compositions l'incluant et leur utilisation comme préparation thérapeutique notamment dans la prévention et le traitement de la Sclérose Latérale Amyotrophique.
