The subject of the invention is a polycomplex constituted by several poly-lysine compounds, said poly-lysine compounds being constituted by at least one small molecule conjugated to a poly-lysine. The invention also relates to the compositions comprising it and their use as a therapeutic preparation, particularly in the prevention and treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.L'objet de l'invention est un polycomplexe constitué par plusieurs composés Poly-lysine, lesdits composés Poly-lysine étant constitués par au moins une petite molécule conjuguée à une Poly-lysine.
