A compound of general formula I ** Formula ** in which: W is a group A - [(CH2) m-O] in which: m is 5 zero, 1, 2 or 3; A is (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted with between one and three fluorine atoms; cycloalkyl (C3-C6); phenyl optionally substituted with a group selected from halo, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethyl, acetylamino and dimethylaminomethyl; thienyl optionally substituted with a chlorine group; furanyl; isoxazolyl, thiazolyl; piperidinyl; morpholinyl; pyridinyl or pyrimidinyl, the pyridinyl and pyrimidinyl ring being optionally substituted with one or two methoxy groups; J is independently hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl; (C1-C4) alkoxy; or a halo group; n is 1 or 2; R1 is hydrogen; (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted with a hydroxy group or a (C1-C4) alkoxy group; or cycloalkyl (C3-C8); R2 and R2 'are independently hydrogen; (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted with a (C1-C4) alkoxy group; phenyl optionally substituted with a (C1-C4) alkyl, (C1-C4) alkoxy or halo group; benzyl optionally substituted with a (C1-C4) alkyl, (C1-C4) alkoxy or halo group on the benzene ring; or R2 and R2 'taken together with the adjacent carbon atom form a cycloalkylidene (C3-C6) group. R3 is hydrogen; or (C1-C4) alkyl; R4 is hydrogen; (C1-C4) alkyl; phenyl; cyclohexyl; or benzyl; or R3 and R4, taken together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, form an azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, morpholinyl, piperidinyl or piperazinyl ring, the piperidinyl ring being optionally substituted with one or two (C1) alkyl group (s) -C2), and the piperazinyl ring being optionally substituted on the other N atom with a (C1-C4) alkyl, benzyl or phenylsulfonyl group; or a pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, morpholinyl or piperazinyl ring fused to a benzene ring; R5 is hydrogen or fluorine; and R6 is fluorine; if applicable, both as an individual optical isomer in its isolated form or in the form of a mixture thereof in any proportion, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.Un compuesto de fórmula general I**Fórmula*
