摘要：: The present invention relates to a dosing regimen for a selective S1P1receptor agonist, whereby the selective S1P1receptor agonist is administered to a subject in such a way that during the initial treatment phase the selective S1P1receptor agonist is administered at a dose which induces desensitization of the heart wherein said dose is below the target dose, and at a dosing frequency that sustains desensitization of the heart, until no further acute heart rate reduction occurs, followed by dose up-titration to the target dose of the selective S1P1receptor agonist.本發明係關於一種選擇性S1P1受體激動劑之投藥療程，其係以下述方式將選擇性S1P1受體激動劑投與個體：在初始治療期期間，以誘導心臟脫敏之劑量(該劑量低於目標劑量)及維持心臟脫敏之投藥頻率投與該選擇性S1P1受體激動劑，直至不再發生急性心率降低，隨後上調滴定劑量，至該選擇性S1P1受體激動劑之目標劑量。
