PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch device which is high in a stretch effect and by which the stretch of a waist can be stably performed without making a user hold legs.SOLUTION: A stretch device comprises a foundation 11, a pair of support columns 12 extending from the foundation and rotatably supported to the foundation at their lower ends, and a knee hook part 13 integrally arranged at the pair of support columns and extending between upper ends of the pair of support columns.
