PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product having an excellent absorption property for highly viscous excretion liquid, in particular an excellent liquid return preventive property.SOLUTION: An absorbent product 1 includes an absorbent body 14 having a skin-side sheet 10, a non-skin-side sheet 13, and an absorbent core 40, the product having a front part, an excretion facing part, and a rear part. The skin-side sheet 10 includes a surface sheet 11 at a part overlapping with the absorbent core 40, the surface sheet 11 having a plurality of tall convex parts 31 and short convex parts 32 in which the short convex parts 32 are denser than the tall convex parts 31. The absorbent core 40 includes a pair of side regions 45 in an excretion faxing part B, a pair of highly-dense regions 43, and a center low-dense region 42 positioned between the highly-dense regions 43, in which the regions are integrally formed.
