METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERMENTATION EXTRACT OF MIXTURE OF ACANTHOPANAX SEOULENSE, MULBERRY LEAVES AND EUCOMMIA ULMOIDES, AND LIQUID BEVERAGE AND FOODSTUFFS CONTAINING THE SAME
PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing fermentation extract of mixture of acanthopanax seoulense, mulberry leaves and eucommia ulmoides, thereby generating various inorganics and bioprobes and minimizing the breakdown of vitamins in it. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: collecting acanthopanax seoulense, mulberry leaves and eucommia ulmoides then followed by finely cutting them and dipping them into water; dewatering them; vacuum-sterilizing them; cooling them and mixing with 2 % of A. nidulans strain; fermenting the mixture in an ocher tunnel; extracting it then followed by sterilizing and condensing. The extract improves one's health, prevents paralysis, enhance immunity, and has prevention and treatment effects on glycosuria, hypertension, cancer and circulation diseases.
