Problem to be solved: to provide a new emulsifier and a premix for manufacturing the same.Solution: oil type emulsions and premixes containing dibutyllauryl glutamide, dibutylethylhexanoyl glutamide and fatty acids. It is desirable that it contains 0.13 to 0.85% dibutyllauryl glutamamide and contains 0.04 to 0.30% dibutylethylhexanoyl glutamide and contains 0.3-3.0% fatty acids.
