PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook holder and a hook holder mounting structure capable of achieving reduction of weight of a mounted part and holding a fishhook while properly suppressing shaking in a circumferential direction of a fishing rod.SOLUTION: A hook holder 10 formed of a wire is attached to a fishing rod 1 and holds a fishhook. The hook holder 10 includes an engagement part 11 with which the fishhook engages, and a fixed part 12 provided continued to the engagement part 11 and fixed to the fishing rod 1. The fixing part 12 includes a linear part 12a continued to the engagement part 11 and extending in an axial direction of the fishing rod 1, and a circumference part 12b continued to the linear part 12a and extending in a circumferential direction of the fishing rod 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
