An emasculative retractor structure includes a rod assembly, a mounting ring, a plurality of hooks and a plurality of connectors. The rod assembly includes a first fixed rod, a second bendable rod and a connection bar. The mounting ring is assembled on the rod assembly while the connectors connect between ends of the second bendable rod and the hooks. The second bendable rod includes a first rod section and a second rod section pivotally connected therewith. When the mounting ring is slit on the first rod section, the second bendable rod is adjusted to expand an incision with the hooks.
