PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stand device capable of suppressing vibration of a shaft without arranging a vibration suppression member.SOLUTION: Each of two shafts 17 for keeping a vertical state of a base end arm is formed by a rigid member and includes a cross section having a shape defined by a closed continuous line containing a polygonal line such as a polygon. Accordingly, vibration of the shafts 17 in transmitting torque is suppressed.
