PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray device that lightens a burden on an operator at the time of traveling and improves operability.SOLUTION: A handle 11 comprises a first handle member 14 and a second handle member 15 fitted to the first handle member 14. The second handle member 15 is fixed to the first handle member 14 by a plurality of fastening tools 16. A plurality of screw holes 15d corresponding to the fastening tools 16 are provided in second side surface parts 15a and 15b of the second handle member 15. The size (thickness) of a section perpendicular to the length direction of the handle body 11 can be changed in stages by selecting the screw holes 15d in which the fastening tools 16 are fastened.
